The pros and cons of moving

It's been a while since my last post but the title is a spoiler of why. Now that begs the question - my absence is among the pros or cons? 😄

So, here's my fully loaded bike ready to transfer some of my stuff to my new place:

And here's my car taking care of business for (almost) all the rest:

Not sure the pictures tell the whole story about how good I am in Tetris but some of the things you see above are 2 set of speakers, 2 stereo amps, one guitar amps and one quitar speaker cabinet, an expanded set of e-drums, a 43" TV (which I use mainly as a PC monitor) and other goodies that killed my back carrying them solo.

My new view made it feel like kinda worth it though:

What you see above is what I'll be seeing for the next 6 months. The plan is to do my first post Covid motorcycle trip abroad as the weather will be biker friendly again by then so it's a good idea to not pay rent for an empty house as I'll be away. I try to avoid using the word "plan" as the last decade has been far from predictable by all means so let's better focus on the present which allows me to enjoy my lunch in the middle of November in summerish temperatures like this:

And a bedroom biker view like the following:

Plus my first visitor, this princess below:

She keeps coming back on every chance and I am convinced I already have at least one stalker which happens to be a cat:

After the following moment it was clear where she belongs to:

Stalks me from all possible angles and spots!

I think I have settled my stuff (that includes a wide variety of music gear, tools etc) so that I can enjoy my playroom:

Just in case you wonder where my guitar is, she kinda sleeps with me actually:

I hope that carrying/moving heavy stuff is over for me now so that I can start enjoying life after a few hard days. This will also be good for you as I'll have more pleasant stuff to share.

See you soon in my new stories!
