Winter walk in summer(ish) weather (part 2)

I keep walking West by the sea and feels like there's nothing better to do on a day like this:

Fancy building at a plot around there? There's still empty slots if you want me to look it up for you. Here's a nice one with full sea view:

Just one breath away from this path to the beach:

With an option to play tennis at this court while not loosing any bit of the sea view:

However, the latter requires some befriending with the guy(s) who own this property next to it:

It's a big luxurious estate at (as you can see) a fantastic location and the above mediocre image is all I can harvest without alerting the watchdogs. But there's more history behind this and that's one more reason I'm focusing on it. You noticed that building inside this complex with the white chimney?
This one:

Precise location is here. It's one of the most famous seaside buildings among the Architectures community here because it was built by a famous colleague of theirs (Aris Konstantinidis) back in 1962. I get a feeling you wonder how that thing looked back in the day before the wealth flooded it.
Have a look:

Not even close as fancy as the whole complex that surrounds it today. Mainly because this was exactly the spirit of that Architect. He wanted his creations to blend with the natural environment in the most smooth way possible. This creation was no exception which resulted to the following funny story:

When this project was done the owner had a party at this place to celebrate his new property on a summer Sunday afternoon - dreamy conditions. His friends though were not as excited at the look of a thing much less fancy than they thought it should be and after a few drinks their tongues became loose and starting telling him "Man, wtf is this? That's a run down. It goes unnoticed!". That last comment was for the architect the best compliment he could get as he was listening to them a couple of meters away. Now for the owner though so he turns at him ans says "Ari, shall we paint it white so it looks more like a villa?"

And now you might as well wonder how it looks today. I got you covered, mainly from the inside:

It's nothing to regret if you inherit it right?

Enough architectural history for the moment, let's keep walking West. Sweet isn't it?

One more empty beach bar= one more attraction for me so going down the stairs is a no brainer:

It's off season obviously (though as you can tell from the images summer is kinda still on) hence the place looks like under construction:

That adds a Hawaiian note to my Mediterranean joy:

With a bit of trash it becomes less Hawaiian and more Mediterranean though:

We can blame the last rainstorm for some of those gross bits. Let's add some Irish flavour now:

Regardless the "influences" it's all so lovely around:

Again, bare and empty at this time of the year:

It feels to me that those trees on the other side of the road are tip toeing in order to catch
as much sea view as possible:
Let's have some rest from walking, see you on the next part 🙂
